Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Welcome to Kenya, the land of breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable wildlife encounters. Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by a representative from Wakanda Expeditions who will assist you with your transfer to the Crowne Plaza Nairobi Airport Hotel, conveniently located just a few minutes from the terminal.

After check-in, take time to unwind and recover from your journey. You may choose to relax in the hotel’s elegant lounge, enjoy a refreshing swim, or indulge in a delicious meal at one of the hotel’s restaurants. The evening is at leisure, allowing you to rest and prepare for the exciting safari adventure that begins the following day.

Day 2: Nairobi – Masai Mara (Flight)

After breakfast at your hotel, transfer to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve. As your aircraft soars above the Great Rift Valley, enjoy spectacular aerial views of Kenya’s diverse landscapes unfolding beneath you, from patchwork farmlands to vast savannahs stretching toward the horizon.

Upon landing at the Mara airstrip, you will be warmly received by your camp’s driver-guide and transferred to the elegant Sand River Mara Camp, a luxurious tented retreat that beautifully captures the romance and adventure of the 1920s safari era. The camp’s stylish design and serene riverside setting make it the perfect base for exploring the Mara’s abundant wildlife.

After a welcome drink and check-in, enjoy a sumptuous lunch followed by some relaxation time before heading out for your afternoon game drive. Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve

Day 4: Masai Mara National Reserve

Day 5: Masai Mara – Nairobi – Arusha (Flights)

Awaken to the gentle sounds of the Mara wilderness for one last early morning game drive, capturing the golden light as wildlife stirs across the plains. Return to camp for breakfast before transferring to the airstrip for your flight to Nairobi’s Wilson Airport.

Upon arrival, connect to your Nairobi–Arusha flight, offering a scenic view of Mount Kilimanjaro on clear days. After landing at Arusha Airport, you will be met and transferred to the Arusha Coffee Lodge, an elegant retreat nestled within one of Tanzania’s oldest coffee plantations.

Spend the afternoon at leisure, savoring the aroma of freshly roasted coffee, or enjoy a guided tour of the plantation. In the evening, delight in fine dining and warm hospitality in this tranquil setting , the perfect transition into the Tanzanian leg of your safari.

Enjoy a picnic lunch en route to the airstrip, then board your flight from Serengeti to Arusha, offering a scenic aerial view of Tanzania’s iconic landscapes below. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight, marking the conclusion of an unforgettable safari adventure through Kenya and Tanzania.
