Day 2: Bush Walk & Momella Lakes Experience

Begin your day with an early breakfast, followed by a smooth check-out from your hotel.

Embark on an intimate 1.5-hour guided bush walk across the serene savannah plains. Accompanied by an expert ranger, this immersive experience allows you to connect deeply with the land and its wildlife.

As you move quietly through the acacia-dotted landscape, you may encounter graceful giraffes browsing thorny branches, or observe bushbuck, buffalo, and warthogs, often within 20–30 meters, creating moments of pure exhilaration.

Following the walk, transition seamlessly into a classic open-roof Land Cruiser safari, designed for optimal comfort and photography. Your journey continues toward the stunning Momella Lakes, a haven for birdlife and natural beauty.

From October to March, these lakes host vibrant flocks of lesser flamingos, painting the shoreline in soft shades of pink. The area is also home to over 200 bird species, including hornbills, ibises, pelicans, and vultures.

Day 3: Karatu-Ngorongoro Crater

Today you set out early for the legendary Ngorongoro Crater, a vast caldera often called a “Lost World” for its incredible concentration of wildlife. The descent takes about 30 minutes through lush forests, with a stop at a lookout offering breathtaking views.

Inside the crater, elephants, buffalo, antelopes, lions, cheetahs, zebras, and even the rare black rhino roam freely, while giraffes remain absent due to the steep terrain.

After your picnic by Lake Magadi, you will continue your game drive across the crater floor, spotting more wildlife as you make your way toward the exit. In the afternoon, your journey continues into the world-famous Serengeti, where endless plains and abundant wildlife await. Arrive at Serengeti Tortilis Camp in time to relax, soak in the atmosphere, and enjoy dinner under the stars before overnighting in the heart of the wilderness.

Day 4: Full Day Game Drive

Embark on thrilling game drives in search of lions, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, and with luck, elusive cheetahs and leopards. Pause midday for a bush lunch in a scenic setting, then continue your adventure across one of Africa’s most treasured landscapes.

Return to camp in the evening to relax and dine under the stars.

Day 5: Full-Day Game Drive in the Serengeti

Awaken to the stillness of the Serengeti and begin your day with an early breakfast at Serengeti Tortilis Camp.

Set off on a full-day game drive, traversing the vast, golden plains of the Serengeti in your private 4×4 safari vehicle. Today offers the best chance to witness the raw drama of the wild, lion prides on the hunt, graceful giraffes moving across the horizon, and massive herds of elephants grazing undisturbed.

Follow the rhythms of nature as you explore different ecosystems, from rocky kopjes to acacia-dotted savannahs. Depending on the season, you may also encounter the spectacular Great Migration, a moving sea of wildebeest and zebras crossing in search of fresh grazing.

At midday, stop for a gourmet bush picnic in a shaded, scenic spot, surrounded by the distant calls of birds and wildlife.

In the afternoon, continue your adventure deeper into the park, perhaps catching a glimpse of stealthy leopards in the trees or cheetahs scanning the plains.

Return to camp by late afternoon to unwind, refresh, and enjoy a refined dinner beneath the starlit African sky.

Day 7:Return to Arusha

After check-out, embark on a scenic drive back to Arusha, passing through vast savannahs and picturesque countryside. Upon arrival, check in at the charming Arusha Coffee Lodge, set amidst one of Tanzania’s largest coffee plantations , a perfect spot to unwind and reflect on your incredible journey.

This evening, relax in the comfort of your lodge, perhaps savoring a freshly brewed cup of Tanzanian coffee as you reminisce about the unforgettable days spent amidst Africa’s greatest wilderness.

Day 7:Departure

After breakfast, enjoy your final moments at Arusha Coffee Lodge, surrounded by the tranquil aroma of freshly roasted coffee. When it’s time to depart, your driver-guide will pick you up from the lodge and transfer you to the airport for your flight.

For international departures, please be ready to leave the hotel at least 4 hours before your scheduled flight. For domestic flights, plan to depart 3 hours prior to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Optional Extension – Zanzibar Beach Escape

If you wish to extend your East African adventure, you can continue with a connecting flight to Zanzibar, where you’ll be met and transferred to a luxurious beachfront resort. Spend your days basking on white-sand shores, exploring Stone Town, or indulging in ocean adventures in the Indian Ocean.
